10 Horizontal Band Saw Remove the blade as shown on the information sheet.  
20 Instructor Have your instructor check off the blade removal and assign the cut plan. *  
30 Horizontal Band Saw Cut pieces to the correct length add 1/8 inch to the finish length. Tolerance is +/- 1/64. Check each part length and initial the cut plan when the lot is complete.  
40 Belt Sander Deburr each piece.
50 Instructor Turn in parts for inspection. *
