10 Instructor Secure stock from the instructor. *  
20 Lathe  Chuck workpiece and face one side to clean up.
30 Lathe  Center drill.
40 Lathe Pilot drill.
50 Lathe Drill approx. 1/32 under finish bore diameter. Use lathe dog on drill shank to protect the tail stock.
60 Lathe Bore inside diameter to specifications.
70 Lathe Chamfer inside diameter.
80 Lathe Turn around in chuck; indicate bore on center and square.
90 Lathe Take a light facing cut. Check faces for parallelism. Adjust if necessary.
100 Lathe Face to length.
110 Lathe Chamfer inside diameter.
120 Lathe Press piece on a solid mandrel. Use high pressure lubricant to prevent scoring.
135 Lathe Set up lathe to turn between centers.
130 Lathe Turn the 2.70 diameter to specifications.
140 Lathe Turn 1.750 diameter to specifications.
150 Lathe Turn .03 x 45 degree chamfer.
160 Lathe Turn mandrel and part around. Turn the 0.10 x 45 degree chamfer.
170 Press Press the part off of the mandrel.
180 Bench Clean, deburr, and inspect the part.
190 Instructor Turn in part for inspection. *
