10 Instructor Have Instructor assign a weldment or casting to setup. Have instructor indicate the features to be machined (mock).
20 Student In writing, explain the setup and the materials necessary to set the job up. Explain it as though it was for the next student or co-worker who needed to setup the job the next time.
30 Instructor Have instructor check the setup explanation. *  
40 Student Make changes to the setup explanation as prescribed by the instructor.
50 Student Make the setup.
60 Instructor Have checked by instructor. *  
70 Student Make a sketch of the setup on the last page of this project sheet.
80 Instructor Have sketch checked by the instructor. *
