70 Lathe Turn the 1.600 Diam.
80 Lathe Turn the 1.100 Diam.
90 Lathe Drill the .25 hole through.
100 Lathe Break all sharp edges.
110 Lathe Turn the part around. Chuck
on the 1.100 turned diameter.
120 Lathe Drill for the 1.75 diameter.
Be careful you must leave the bore with
A flat bottom .75 deep.
130 Lathe Using a carbide boring bar, bore the
1.75 hole.
140 Lathe Turn the 2.3500 diameter. This diameter
has a tolerance of .001 .
150 Lathe Turn the chamfer.
160 Lathe Break all sharps.
170 Lathe Repeat steps for Roll End #2
