PLEASE HAVE INSTRUCTOR INITIAL AND DATE AFTER REQUIRED OPERATIONS

    40                        Student                                  Completely clean and deburr

                                                                                all of the parts of the tool.

 

    50                        Student                                  Re-assemble the tool. Use

                                                                                anti-seize compound where

                                                                                necessary. If new inserts or

                                                                                components are needed,

                                                                                see instructor or technician.
