Down Feed Hand wheel -- The down feed hand wheel raises or lowers the grinding wheel head.

Table Stroke Trip Dogs -- The automatic table travel distance is controlled by the table stroke trip dogs. The automatic travel direction reverses when the trip dog is actuated. Trip dogs control table travel distance on both the cross feed and longitudinal feed directions.

Cross Feed Hand Wheel --The cross feed hand wheel manually controls the saddle "in" or "out" movement.

Table -- The table rides on the saddle and is the component on which the magnetic chuck is mounted.

Longitudinal Table Feed Hand Wheel -- The longitudinal table feed hand wheel controls the reciprocating "left or "right" travel of the table.
